Proper well construction begins with site selection and thorough subsurface assessment. Our drilling crews use equipment matched to local geology and install casings and sanitary seals per code. We conduct yield testing and recommend pump sizes based on measured performance. New installations include documentation clients can use for future ownership or resale.

When wells experience reduced yield, contamination, or structural damage, we evaluate whether rehabilitation (cleaning, redevelopment, jetting) or full replacement is the best course. Casing failure, collapse, or surface water intrusion typically require replacement for safe, long-term service. We provide honest evaluations and cost comparisons.

Pump failures are often electrical, mechanical, or due to well conditions (silt, sand, low water levels). Our technicians perform electrical testing, motor current checks, and physical inspections. We repair when practical but recommend replacement when life-cycle costs justify it. We also install modern controllers, level sensors, and VFDs to reduce cycling and energy use.

Geothermal heat pump systems rely on properly drilled boreholes and correctly installed loops. We size boreholes to match building loads, use proper grout materials to transfer heat efficiently, and ensure long-term integrity of loops and 

seals.

Water testing is essential after new well construction, repairs, or any system upset. We sample for coliform bacteria, nitrate, and other common contaminants and recommend filtration, chlorination, or other treatment systems when 

needed.
